Ordering & Personalizing Your Care Package

How do I send a care package?

Simply choose a plushie, write a personalized prayer or message, and we’ll handle the rest. Your package will be wrapped with care and sent in our signature box.

What’s included in the care package?

Each care package includes a soft plushie, a personalized prayer card, and comforting packaging designed to brighten someone’s day.

Can I send a package anonymously?

Yes! If you leave your name off the personalized card, the recipient won’t know who sent it.

Will the recipient know who sent the package?

Only if you include your name in the personalized message. Otherwise, it will be sent anonymously.

How do I send multiple care packages?

If shipping to different addresses, place separate orders for each care package. If shipping to the same address, combine them into one order and include different names for each recipient.

Can I change my personalized message after placing the order?

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been fulfilled, we can update your message. Contact us with the details.

Yes, we ship to hospitals. Please include detailed information like room numbers to ensure proper delivery.

Can I send a package to a college campus?

Yes, we regularly ship to college campuses. Make sure to include all necessary information, like dorm names and room numbers.

Can I send a care package to a military address (APO/FPO)?

Yes, we ship to military addresses. Please note that shipping times to APO/FPO addresses may be longer.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. USPS Ground typically takes 4-8 business days, while USPS Priority takes 3-5 business days.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (domestic), please contact us.

What happens if my package is marked as delivered but it wasn't received?

How do I return a care package?

We offer returns within 30 days if your item is defective. Contact us for assistance with processing a return.

We accept returns for defective items only. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item is damaged, and we’ll arrange for a replacement.

Can I exchange a plushie for a different one?

Yes! Through our Donate a Prayer option, you can send a care package to children’s hospitals, nursing homes, and other organizations in need.

Yes, a portion of our profits goes to nonprofit organizations that share our mission of spreading love and positivity.

Can I choose where my donation goes?

At this time, we distribute donations to a range of organizations based on their needs, but we can’t allocate individual donations to specific organizations.

How do I know my package has shipped?
