Shipping Options and Processing Time

We ship to all domestic orders within the United States from our facility in New Orleans, LA, using USPS to ensure fast, reliable delivery. You can choose from standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Our standard processing time is 1 business day, so your order will be shipped quickly once it's placed.

Please note that shipping times are estimates based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

• Standard USPS Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited USPS Priority Shipping: 2-5 business days

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.

While we strive to meet these delivery windows, please keep in mind that these are estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses

We proudly ship to military APO/FPO addresses. Please note that shipping to these addresses may take longer than domestic delivery times due to military mail processing. While we aim to deliver your package as quickly as possible, it may take up to 10-15 business days for arrival depending on the destination.

Shipping rates for APO/FPO addresses will be calculated at checkout, and tracking updates may be limited once the package reaches the military postal system.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

What to Do if Your Package Hasn't Arrived

For domestic orders, if your package has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please contact us for assistance.

For international orders, please allow up to 60 business days. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, it may have been misplaced or stolen, and we encourage you to check with your local carrier or neighbors. We cannot replace packages marked as delivered after 30 days.

Shipping to College Campuses

We frequently ship to college campuses! Be sure to check your university’s guidelines for package deliveries and ensure that the recipient's name matches the student’s registered name. Once the package arrives at the campus, it may be delivered to the student’s dorm or held at the mailroom for pickup. Please allow extra time for the campus staff to deliver the package.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders when you choose to Donate a Prayer. This option allows you to donate a care package to someone in need, such as a child in a hospital or an elderly person in a nursing home, while also receiving free shipping on your order.
